| The nose is vibrant with aromas of white flowers and white stone fruits. It is well balanced, dry with a refreshing yet subtle acidity and a hint of mineralitiy. The flavours are bright and linger with fresh fruit and hints of ruby grapefruit. | Intense Crimson Red. Oak and berry perfume with cigar box on nose. Broad smooth tannins with cherry and green walnut and pistachio on the palate and a silky smooth chocolaty finish. | Deep red in color. Pecan nuts and pomegranates on the nose. Cedar wood nutmeg and minty chocolate palate with refined tannins. Complex lingering savory truffle finish. |

| The approach shows a burst of dark fruit, cassis and plum, with a very delicate herbaceous note. The round mouthfeel with grippy, yet elegant, tannin, has a weighted indulgence across all aspects of the palate. A delicate greenness offers balance to the richer characteristics of the wine, ensuring a lingering aftertaste with hints of fennel leaf liquorice. On the OLD MUTUAL TROPHY WINE SHOW 2021 the Cabernet Franc won trophies in three categories::

Liquorice and floral nuances with a slight sweet cherry smell on the nose. The palate has a cherry jam character and a sleek tannin grip. | This beautifully balanced Cabernet Franc presents itself in concentrated dark and red berry fruits. A full bodied red wine with ripe dark berry, plum and hints of spice flavours with soft smooth tannins on the palate and a lingering finish. The whole berries fermented on wild yeast. A 16-month maturation in old oak barrels contributes wonderfully in with subtle oak aromas to the excellent overall impression. |
